Cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED), the study of interaction between quantized emitters and photons confined in an optical cavity, is important tool for science computing, networking, synthetic matter. In atomic cavity QED, this approach typically relies upon ultrahigh vacuum chamber that hosts a cold trapped ensemble cavity. Upgrading necessitates months-long laborious process removing external optics, venting, replacing resonator, baking, constituting substantial bottleneck to innovation resonator design. work, we demonstrate flexibility cavities quick turnaround time switching them can be restored with loadlock technique–reducing cycle install bake it, transport it into days, achieving 3 × 10−10 Torr pressure chamber. By reducing limitations, particularly powerful labs interested quickly exploring novel optic or any other physics relying on in-vacuum optics.
